Building in Public

I'm SnaxCode — a cybersecurity learner documenting every step of the journey from zero to SecOps professional. I study hard, build real things, and maintain a living knowledge base that grows with every session.

My background spans healthcare IT and Epic EHR administration, giving me a unique lens on security in high-stakes environments — where a misconfiguration isn't just an inconvenience, it's a patient safety issue.

I'm actively pursuing certifications, running home lab experiments, and working through CTF challenges. Starting April 21, 2026 I'll be enrolled in a formal Information Assurance and Security Certificate program.

Everything I learn goes into the SecOps-Vault — a personal Obsidian knowledge base with ~168 notes across 13 sections, from fundamentals to medical device security.
